At Dr. Brown’s office, our entire team is highly trained and dedicated to providing excellent orthodontic care in a personalized, friendly and fun environment! We proudly offer something unheard of in a single doctor’s office — over 200 years of combined experience in the profession! It is no secret that investing in continuing education provides benefits to all of those we serve. In 2010, our team received certification by the American Association of Orthodontists-endorsed Academy of Orthodontic Assisting. We earned this distinguished level of achievement by completing countless hours of continuing education and passing rigorous testing on orthodontic theory and technique. If you want the “Smile of a Lifetime,” come be a part of our family!

Diana — Treatment Coordinator, RDA

DianaI am Dr. Brown’s Treatment Coordinator. I have been here since the beginning and have worked in the dental profession since 1999. I love seeing the change in patients as they progress form the beginning of treatment to the end. Witnessing a shy patient’s personal transformation from being self-conscious to becoming outgoing is especially rewarding! The personal opportunity I have to see the lives of children and adults changed for the better is so rewarding. Dr. Brown’s motto of “Smiles Designed with Uniqueness in Mind” is such a great inspiration to the practice. Each and every person that steps through this door receives a unique treatment plan suited for him or her. I love working for a practice that treats patients as individuals as family. My husband and myself enjoy being parents of a "big" boy who's 4 years old and our newest addition to our family, a little girl.

Monica — Patient Coordinator

MonicaI have been the patient coordinator for Dr. Brown since 2005. I entered the orthodontic profession in 1999. I love working in orthodontics because the atmosphere is always fun and exciting. I enjoy seeing the change a great smile makes to each and every patient. My husband and I have been married for 25years and have two sons. Recently were blessed with a granddaughter. Being a “Mimi” is awesome! I love attending church activities and spending time with my family and friends.

Caryl — Orthodontic Assistant/Lab Coordinator, RDA

Caryl“Time flies when you’re having fun,” and that’s exactly what has happened. Hi! I’m Caryl, a wife, a mom, and a mimi. I discovered the dental field and orthodontics in 1975 and am currently a Registered Dental Assistant, certified in orthodontics. Working in several offices in several states, I have seen the art of orthodontics practiced with many methods, always improving with time. One fact remains constant: smiles speak the universal language of happiness! As a clinician and lab tech, I am proud to be an integral part in the development of each individual, perfect smile. The past 40-plus years have definitely been a great adventure, and I have no reason to believe that the future years will be any different! I have been with this wonderful team since 2004.

Michelle — Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

MichelleI’ve been a clinical Orthodontic Assistant with Dr. Brown since 2004. In 1978, I began my experience in the dental/orthodontic profession. I am a Registered Dental Assistant, certified in Expanded Duties of Dental Auxiliary Personnel and certification in orthodontic assisting. I have worked in different venues throughout my life, but always returned to my first love — orthodontics. I love being a part of boosting a patient’s self-confidence by creating a beautiful smile that will last a lifetime. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Debbie — Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

DebbieAs a Registered Dental Assistant with over two decades of experience in orthodontics, I can say, without a doubt, that I thoroughly love what I do! Assisting in creating a fabulous smile is just a part of the enjoyment I receive. With people having such busy schedules today, I make it my priority that their orthodontic appointment is the best part of their day! Orthodontics is more than providing a quality of life; it’s building a bond of close relationships with each patient and parent. Honesty, integrity and confidence are all by-products of what each patient can expect from us daily. I have been serving patients here at Dr. Brown’s office since 2010. When I’m not at work, I enjoy boating, water skiing and speeding across Beaver Lake on my jet ski where my husband of 42-plus years and I live. We have a daughter and son-in-law, with two beautiful grandchildren living in Seattle, and a son and daughter-in-law in NYC. We are so proud of our children and are very blessed with the highest calling there is… grandparenting!

Maegan — Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

I have over a decade of experience in the dental profession and am so excited to be a part of Dr. Brown’s wonderful team. I am a registered assistant within the profession and very excited to constantly grow in the knowledge and experience of the art of orthodontics and maxillofacial orthopedics. My goal is to make a positive difference in every patient, leaving them with a sparkle in their eyes! Bringing beautiful smiles and confidence to my patients is something I am very passionate about. Outside of work, I enjoy running, fishing, shooting skeet (I was the best shot against my wonderful team), and spending time with my husband and my three wonderful children.

Christina — Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

I have been learning from the very best with Dr. Brown and his fantastic team for years. I was in general dentistry before coming into Orthodontics and I am so happy with my transition! The art and science of Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Orthopedics is amazing! Watching the progress of each patient and their beautiful smiles is so rewarding. I am a Registered Dental Assistant specializing in Orthodontics. I take great pride in my work and I love to care for each patient and their individual needs. Outside of work, I am a busy Mommy to a 5 year old little boy. He is ALL the entertainment and fun one would need! Although, I have recently discovered I enjoy shooting skeet in Dr. Brown’s front yard during our last team party!
